FC Dallas center back and captain Matt Hedges prepares for the short week as the team goes against Colorado on Friday. After a long trip to Portland along with a late game time, Hedges knows that there will be little time to rest for the game as FC Dallas take on a Colorado side who is hungry to break a non-win streak that has lasted since July 2014. He also knows this is a Colorado side who has not scored in seven straight matches dating back to last season and is twenty minutes away from settling a league record.
“Recovery has been fine so far,” he said. “We got a little bit of rest with the afternoon training session, but no days off as we get ready for the game this Friday with lighter training sessions so we can get the body ready.”
