After months of waiting for the relationship to be finalized, and then another period of uncertainty before something came of it, FC Dallas has finally loaned out one of its players to Arizona United as midfielder Danny Garcia is with the USL side as of today. Garcia confirmed via Twitter that he will be playing for Arizona, saying he is “excited for the opportunity to play here with Arizona United and make the most out of it”. Continue reading

Quite a few notes from today’s session as FC Dallas prepares for their game tomorrow against the Colorado Rapids with a light day of practice that started with a volleyball session where the losing team had to take direct penalty kicks from the winners. A lot of work on set pieces as well along with a light scrimmage which all are common the day before the game.

FC Dallas Update – Returning International Players, Mauro Diaz Updates
Arizona United return to action tonight as they take on Los Angeles Galaxy II at the StubHub Center in Carson, California. Arizona started the season with a win as they beat the Orange County Blues 2-1. LA Galaxy II have already played two games this season, but have only come out with one point so far.
Arizona United were able to hold off the Orange County Blues FC to get a 2-1 win to start the season with three points. Arizona started the scoring with a goal in the twentieth minute from newcomer Dennis Chin as he curled the ball in the net and gave Arizona their first goal of the season. Continue reading
Arizona United kick off their season against the Orange County Blues FC this week in Santa Ana, California. Both teams failed to make the playoffs as Arizona finished in ninth place with 33 points while Orange County finished next to last with twenty-eight points. This is the first normal season for the Arizona United after playing a short schedule last year due to them starting two weeks later than everybody else because of when the team was formed. …
